Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garments.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
